RE: Fumigation Handbook Revision Information

This is to advise all Freight Forwarders participating in the Title II food aid program that a revision has been made to the USDA Fumigation Grain Inspection Service Fumigation Handbook dated September 2006. Please see the attached link and choose "Handbook Revision Information 08/24/2009 - IC#5 - (IC#5 Chapters 1 & 2.)"
